The ancient glassblower-artist technique known as "guta," dates back to the late 9th century in the times of the Kyivan Rus'. The sculptural glass vases GUTTA pay homage to this rich heritage.
The interplay of simplicity, clean lines, and materials is the cornerstone of Kateryna Sokolova's work. She embraces "live" materials, pushing their boundaries and reimagining them in a modern design context. Through the vases' graceful curves and contours, the designer seeks to convey the enigmatic power of nature and evoke a sense of rhythm.
