Refund and returns
All items on our site are meticulously crafted to order, often employing artisanal techniques and manual labor for a truly personalised touch. Every element and detail of the product is one-of-a-kind. That's why we regret that we cannot accept returns on personalised or made-to-measure items unless they are found to be faulty upon manufacturing.
If the consumer wishes to cancel and withdraw, this must be done in writing within 14 days of the contract being made and is subject to relevant deductions for non-refundable materials and goods.
To confirm that the products ordered are manufactured and free from defects, the client is provided with photos of finished products before packaging.
Important! Please ensure to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. Claims for damage during transportation are only accepted immediately upon inspection. To receive subsequent compensation from the transport company, it is necessary to report damage on the date of delivery. We are not responsible for the elimination of defects that occurred due to improper transportation conditions (for this reason, we insure all goods) or for damage caused by the improper use of the products.
If the product received by the client has visual defects, the client has the right to provide a written claim to UPD company within the first 48 hours after reception. Photographic evidence must be sent to oksana@ukrainianproduct.design.
Upon confirmation of a defect, UPD company commits to replacing or repairing the defective part/design piece.
The Company must receive the defective part/piece in its original package before any replacement can be sent, especially in all cases concerning customised products or new products created to meet contract specifications. The client shall cover shipping costs for returning packages to the client and sending replacements.
Every object comes with a 12-month guarantee and a product passport with usage recommendations. If the client does not adhere to the rules of usage, we will not take responsibility for improper usage.
