1.1 We are a Ukrainian Product Design company registered in the UK. Our registered office is at College House, 2nd Floor 17 King Edwards Road

1.3 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.
2. Our Contract with you
2.1 Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you a confirmation email to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
2.2 It is your responsibility to keep your contact details on your account up to date. We will not be responsible for any errors arising as a result of your contact details not being up to date.
3. Our Products
3.1 The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours, finishes and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display accurately reflects the true physical nature or colour of the actual products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
3.2 The dimensions of products set out on our website are approximate only, and weights, dimensions and capacities of products may vary to those stated. Similarly, whilst we try to detail a product's features, there will be other details and features which may not be stated explicitly.
3.3 It is your responsibility for ensuring that your premises are able to receive the products at the time of delivery. Some of our products are large and may not be able to be left at an alternative address and may not fit through doorways or up stairs. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of your failure to ensure your premises are able to receive the products.
3.4 We may change the product to implement technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a health and safety or security threat. These changes will not materially affect your use of the product.
3.5 All lighting and electrical products sold on our website are 220-240v. Some plug-in products may come with European plugs moulded onto their cables. These are supplied with UK adaptors to attach so they can be used in the UK.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 The price of the product (which includes VAT and additional costs) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However please see clause 4.2 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the product you order.
4.2 It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you (and you have therefore paid an incorrect, lower amount) we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
4.3 We accept payment with the payment methods listed at the point of your order. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.
4.4 If you do not make any payment to us by the due date we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 6% a year above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgement. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.
5. Trademarks and copyright
All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from UPD.
