Refund policy

We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition.

We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered. For our insurance purposes we will ask you to sign a form confirming that the item was received in good condition.

Should your item prove to be faulty or damaged or you feel it does not match your specification you have 30 days in which to alert us.

The team will discuss options with you which might include:

• a return and refund
• an exchange
• arranging for a technician to attempt to fix the fault

In the event of a return due to fault or damage caused by Ukrainian Product Design or our contractors we will refund your order in full including any delivery charges and will pay for the return postage or pick-up.
